Job Summary
Assess patient goals to develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Administer non-invasive treatment modalities and manage a patient load of one individual per hour while monitoring progress and documenting all interactions accurately. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and create personalized fitness programs that promote strength, flexibility, and functional independence. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, California licensure, and three years of orthopedic outpatient experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
- No history of board actions or disciplinary issues affecting your professional license.
- Demonstrated competency in manual therapy techniques and patient evaluation.
- Proficient in developing and implementing structured exercise regimens tailored to patients' needs.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to manage patient data efficiently.
