Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to align with patients' rehabilitation goals and manage a load of one patient per hour. Leverage orthopedic experience to establish effective treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities while prioritizing non-surgical alternatives. Develop customized exercise regimens, document progress through WebPT, and monitor treatment effects to continuously communicate updates. Foster a motivating environment encouraging active patient participation in strength, flexibility, and balance programs. Work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm with a salary of $90,000 to $110,000.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Licensed to practice in Silver Spring, MD
- Clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary actions against your license
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Ability to craft effective exercise routines
- Experience utilizing EMR systems like WebPT
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
- Monday to Friday schedule
- 9 am to 5 pm schedule
- Onsite Physical Therapist at our outpatient office in Silver Spring, MD
