Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for injuries, diseases, and surgical recoveries. Implement evidence-based interventions including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. Monitor and document patient progress while making necessary adjustments to plans based on ongoing assessments. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and assistive device usage to facilitate independence and safety. Maintain current professional knowledge through workshops and literature to ensure high-standard care across diverse populations. This full-time onsite role supports a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software pertinent to patient management.
- A flexible and adaptable personality to meet various patient needs and treatment settings.
Desired Qualifications
- Additional expertise in specific therapy modalities or populations.
- Experience in mentorship or training roles.
- Experience with chronic pain management.
