Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using range of motion and functional tests to establish treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Design and modify individualized therapy regimens based on patient goals and progress, administering hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like heat and electrical stimulation. Instruct patients and caregivers on self-care methods and home exercise programs while acting as a clinical consultant to physicians. Oversee support personnel to ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices within a multi-disciplinary team environment. This full-time onsite role requires a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy and California licensure, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
- A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board sanctions against your license.
