Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state PT license or eligibility to apply for licensure in Illinois
- Demonstrated proficiency in physical therapy evaluations and treatment planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting
