Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive orthopedic patient evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans and deliver high-quality physical therapy in accordance with physician recommendations. Implement and monitor regimens based on patient progress while educating families on home treatment options and preventive measures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to share vital information regarding outcomes and ensure seamless care for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or mobility challenges. Maintain safety and well-being by adjusting therapies as necessary and utilizing therapeutic equipment effectively.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in Florida
- At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR
- Proficiency in treatment methodologies related to orthopedic conditions
- Familiarity with therapeutic equipment
