Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations of patients by reviewing medical history, performing detailed assessments, and forming precise therapeutic recommendations. Implement individualized treatment protocols including manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens while monitoring and documenting changes in patients' conditions. Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, involving them in setting attainable goals. Consult with other healthcare professionals to address interdisciplinary care needs and update care plans based on patient progress. Participate in community outreach and educational programs to promote awareness of physical therapy services. This full-time role is performed on-site within clients' homes in Fort Myers, Florida, with an annual salary of $100,000 to $120,000. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients and their families
