Job Summary
Evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, ensuring alignment with best practices. Conduct thorough assessments for patients across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties, adjusting approaches as necessary while delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions. Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers to foster active participation in recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss progress and referrals. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to build strong rapport and meet established productivity and satisfaction goals. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective patient interactions
- Proficiency in computer operations and electronic medical record keeping
