Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of physical function for patients referred by physicians. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Treat a broad spectrum of conditions while ensuring a high standard of customer service and actively engaging with patients and their families. Measure and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches based on ongoing assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and recovery. Provide education and training to patients and caregivers for effective long-term management. Meet established utilization goals and business objectives while maintaining a focus on quality consumption of services. This full-time, onsite role features a Monday to Friday schedule with a salary of $100,000 to $120,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) in Virginia
- A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a similar clinical setting
- A valid CPR certification
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in word processing and various healthcare management software
