Job Summary

Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' recommendations. Implement manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance recovery, while maintaining open communication to educate patients on their conditions and strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and document progress meticulously in the electronic health records system. Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to integrate research insights into daily practice. Work onsite in an outpatient office setting Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week. Serve diverse patient populations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant physical therapy setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Must be available for onsite work in an outpatient office setting
  • Must work Monday through Friday
  • Must work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans
  • Must be able to implement a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
  • Must be able to maintain open communication with patients
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

  • Must be able to adhere to compliance and billing regulations
  • Must be able to participate in ongoing training and staff meetings
  • Must be able to exhibit exemplary customer service skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in specialized areas of physical therapy, particularly those involving innovative treatment modalities
  • Experience with dry needling
  • Experience with sports rehabilitation
  • Experience with pediatric therapy
  • Certifications in areas such as dry needling, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric therapy
  • Experience in continued education courses
