Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities for pain relief and mobility enhancement. Regularly track and document patient progress, modifying plans based on observed results. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home care solutions, and proper use of assistive devices. Participate in team meetings for case discussions to enhance treatment outcomes and share clinical insights. Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through educational workshops and professional society participation. This full-time onsite role serves a diverse population of children and adults recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and agility in adapting to varying patient needs and clinical situations
- minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
