Job Summary

Utilize expert knowledge to diagnose movement dysfunction, establish rehabilitation goals, and administer therapeutic treatments including massage and stimulation techniques. Educate patients on proper therapeutic exercise techniques and assist with mobility aids like wheelchairs and walkers. Maintain detailed patient records to track progress and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while providing guidance on in-home treatment options.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Possession of a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and electronic health record management
- A flexible and agile approach to meeting the varying needs of patients
Desired Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
