Conduct thorough evaluations to gather essential data on patient capabilities and limitations, subsequently establishing clear and attainable rehabilitation goals. Provide care for 1-2 patients every hour, implementing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and specialized equipment to facilitate improvements in mobility and pain reduction. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress while communicating effectively with patients and families about treatment plans and necessary adjustments. Regularly assess treatment outcomes to align strategies with individual recovery timelines. This role focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical procedures within our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Pompano Beach, Florida.
