Job Summary
Experienced Specimen Collector/Phlebotomist needed to perform urine and blood specimen collections, explain drug testing processes, ensure paperwork accuracy and compliance, package/ship specimens to the lab, manage clinic supplies, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and travel to assigned clinics as required. Requires high accuracy, professional interaction with patients and healthcare providers, strong organizational skills, CPR certification, and 5+ years of phlebotomy experience. Starting compensation is $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR Certification or be able to sit for the certification
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous Phlebotomist experience for 5+ years
- Preferred: Previous hands-on medical experience (e.g., Medical Assistant, CNA, Phlebotomist, or similar clinical role)
