Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience handling personal injury cases that if in active litigation would be certified as Tier 2 or 3
- Highly proficient in time management
- Able to work independently and collaborate with other paralegals
- Able to work consistent schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in case management software (Needles and/or Filevine preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to multi-task
