Job Summary
Oversee small and medium-sized projects while managing system design, configuration, development, and unit testing of reports, interfaces, and workflow logic. Provide analysis for system selection and process improvements, championing adoption of new technology and functionality. Lead system documentation, testing planning, and user testing oversight to secure business approval for change management. Collaborate with IS, ERP, and business partners to ensure security, stability, regulatory compliance, and optimal user experience. Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and minimum three years of experience in a multi-entity health care system. Full-time hybrid role with Florida residency required; background screening via The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science and/or Information Systems
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a multi-entity health care system, or large hospital, or managed care organization, or IT management consulting organization
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on systems development, implementation, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and integration experience with applicable enterprise-wide application systems and pertinent programming languages/Graphical User Interface
- Relational database understanding
- Experience with data manipulation
- Conceptual knowledge of networks, servers and databases
- Must be FL resident
- Must be able to work both remote and on-site daily as needed
