Job Summary
Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients' needs. Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders while creating home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers. Collaborate with various providers to coordinate care and complete weekly patient visits as required. Maintain agency policies and federal, state, and local laws while meeting deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs. Required Qualifications
- current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas
- Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser)
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years as a pediatric Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a home-health setting
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties (high-risk infant, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
