Job Summary
Provide 1:1 patient care to pediatric and adult clients with g-tube, trach, and ventilator needs in their homes. Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and document progress electronically while communicating with additional care providers. Build meaningful long-term relationships with families and patients to ensure quality at-home care. Schedule flexibility includes day, evening, overnight, weekend, part-time, full-time, and PRN shifts. Hands-on training is provided, and the team offers referral bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Pediatric experience
