Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Use of safety equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with advanced glue-pulling techniques
- Experience with hail repair
- Ability to repair creases and body lines
- Experience with repairing larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a complete background check
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
