Job Summary
Conduct paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques on steel and aluminum panels, addressing hail damage, creases, and body lines. Operate state-of-the-art tools in high-tech Inspection Centers to restore vehicle condition. Perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment while adhering to safety protocols involving protective equipment. Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet business demands and customer delivery expectations. Requires 5+ years of professional automotive PDR experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 60 pounds independently.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- at least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- ability to work in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- ability to use safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
