Job Summary
Experienced Painter sought to perform full-phase painting and staining across diverse substrates, under the direction of the Lead Painter. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining professional gear (pressure washers, sprayers, heaters), setting up scaffolding and ladders per code, reading work orders for project execution, and providing leadership by assisting in training painters’ helpers. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work confidently at heights on ladders/scaffolding, possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites, and pass a background check. OSHA safety training and specialty lift equipment certification are provided. The role emphasizes skilled workmanship, safety, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development; growth opportunities include leadership and project-management tasks within a customer-focused environment.
