Job Summary
Experienced painter sought for interior and select exterior painting of multi-family properties (apartments, condos, townhomes) on a project-based/contract basis. Responsibilities include surface preparation (patching holes, sanding, priming, minor repairs), painting walls/ceilings/doors/trim/baseboards, protecting surfaces and furnishings, inspecting for touch-ups, maintaining tools, and performing minor maintenance or carpentry tasks as needed. Must follow safety rules, use PPE, work outdoors in variable conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs. Requires 2-5+ years of professional painting experience, reliable transportation, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Full-time benefits available per company policy.
