Job Summary
Apply painting with rollers, spray gun, and brush to walls, floors, doors, and cabinets while performing drywall finishing, pressure washing, and on-site preparations like scaffolding. Match and apply various finishes including paint, varnish, shellac, and enamel. Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning up after tasks and ensuring safety when operating equipment. Work 40 hours weekly with occasional overtime in indoor and outdoor settings across varying weather conditions. Serve customers, tenants, and guests with strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Valid driver's license, OSHA certification, and ability to read blueprints are required.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years' residential or commercial painting experience
