Job Summary
This role involves handling first party property claims of moderate severity and complexity, including investigating, evaluating, estimating, and negotiating for optimal claim resolution. Candidates must demonstrate effective customer service, maintain compliance with quality standards, and manage claim files accurately. Participation in the Catastrophe Response Program and acquisition of Insurance License(s) is required. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree, have two or more years of outside property claim handling experience, and possess advanced skills in customer service, organization, and decision making.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year previous outside property claim handling experience or successful completion of Travelers Outside Claim Representative training program
- Valid driver's license
