Job Summary
This role involves handling first party property claims of moderate severity and complexity. Responsibilities include investigating, evaluating, estimating, and negotiating claims, ensuring optimal resolution. The individual will complete field inspections, assess damages, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements. Must have a Bachelor's degree, two or more years of outside property claim handling experience, and a valid driver's license. The position may also require participation in the Catastrophe Response Program and obtaining relevant insurance licenses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year previous outside property claim handling experience or successful completion of Travelers Outside Claim Representative training program
- Valid driver's license
