Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to create tailored treatment plans addressing individual goals and needs. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions while utilizing expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to maximize recovery through effective rehabilitation strategies. Implement cost-effective, non-surgical treatments to improve mobility and minimize medication reliance. Develop and deliver comprehensive care plans using various therapeutic modalities, design individualized fitness programs, and continuously monitor progress to modify plans based on patient responses. Document all sessions accurately using Web PT EMR software and collaborate with healthcare practitioners to ensure coordinated care. Work onsite at the Metuchen facility Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current, active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- No history of sanctions or board proceedings
- Demonstrated competence in manual therapy techniques
- Well-rounded understanding of contemporary physical therapy practices
- Exceptional skills in developing and implementing effective exercise regimens for diverse populations
- Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly Web PT
- Strong foundation in evidence-based physical therapy techniques
- Staying current with industry best practices
- Onsite work at the Metuchen facility
- Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm
