Experienced Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer one-on-one treatment sessions every 40 minutes, and design cost-effective rehabilitation strategies to improve patient motion, mobility, and functioning. Create customized care plans incorporating diverse treatment techniques, develop unique fitness programs, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients manage pain and reduce reliance on medications or surgery. Collaborate with two other physical therapists to ensure comprehensive care, evaluate progress, and document outcomes diligently. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in a vibrant West McLean clinic serving commercial and private pay clients.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
- A valid Virginia State license to practice physical therapy
- A graduate degree in Physical Therapy (MS or DPT) from an accredited institution
- Strong clinical knowledge
- The ability to manage a diverse range of patients effectively

- Continuously updated knowledge of the latest treatment practices and techniques in the field
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm schedule
