Job Summary

Document patient services accurately using WebPT EMR software and evaluate progress regularly to adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes. Provide patient education to foster lifestyle changes that enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for a diverse outpatient population.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist License, with no board or disciplinary actions against it.
- A Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or willingness to obtain one prior to starting employment.
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
