Job Summary
Assess patients' conditions and establish personalized treatment goals using manual therapy and exercise programming. Administer evidence-based interventions to improve range of motion and strength, maintaining a patient load of one client per hour. Develop comprehensive treatment plans, educate patients on their conditions, and monitor progress while adapting care as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of service and maintain accurate documentation throughout the patient care process. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a valid California license.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid State of California Physical Therapist license without any prior board or disciplinary actions
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Strong ability to design effective exercise programs
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software
- Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with WebPT
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
