Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions using evidence-based assessments to establish accurate diagnoses. Develop customized rehabilitation treatment plans focused on mobility improvement, pain reduction, and functional capabilities for clients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Implement interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education while monitoring progress to adjust plans as needed. Supervise and mentor physical therapy interns and students, and contribute to annual in-service presentations and clinical research initiatives. Work onsite at our state-of-the-art facility in Marlboro, NJ, with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey
- A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy
- Experience in clinical teaching or mentoring of students or interns
