Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and functional evaluations to determine patients' physical capabilities and limitations. Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with unique rehabilitation goals, setting measurable objectives to monitor progress. Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, joint mobilization, and soft tissue manipulation to facilitate recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care notes in adherence to clinic policies and state regulations. Engage patients on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery journey. Perform duties Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM at our newly equipped rehabilitation facility in Fort Collins.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Proven proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and functional movement assessments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited program
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and rehabilitation management software
