Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess physical therapy needs and establish tailored plans of care. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs addressing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions using advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, educate patients on diagnoses and preventative care, and maintain accurate documentation of progress. Work onsite at the state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Princeton, New Jersey, with a full-time schedule. Required Qualifications
- A valid Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey
- A minimum of two years of professional experience as a physical therapist, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to build strong patient relationships and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their health goals
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in implementing evidence-based practice in physical therapy
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient clinic setting
