Job Summary
Conduct thorough orthopedic physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Utilize evidence-based practices to guide rehabilitation exercises while regularly monitoring clinical signs to modify strategies as needed. Maintain meticulous documentation through SOAP notes and progress summaries in the electronic health record system. Educate patients and families on recovery processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Perform duties onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM in Ashburn, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in Virginia
- Willingness to conduct physical therapy evaluations and provide treatment in-person and via telehealth when clinically appropriate
- Adaptability and a deep desire to work with a broad range of patients

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
