Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual needs. Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans, promoting understanding and compliance for optimal outcomes. Participate in the clinical training of interns and new staff members, demonstrating effective treatment techniques. Prepare and deliver in-service educational presentations to staff and colleagues, sharing knowledge and skills to enhance team performance. Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for clinical research initiatives that may lead to improved patient care practices. Submit resume, cover letter, and relevant certifications to the hiring team.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Possession of an active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
