Job Summary
Assess patient needs to develop personalized treatment plans and conduct one-on-one therapy sessions at a load of one patient per hour. Utilize evidence-based techniques to administer cost-effective treatments that enhance mobility, while educating patients on exercise regimens to improve strength and functional independence. Document all progress accurately using the WebPT EMR system and collaborate with the small team of two therapists and a PT assistant to optimize care. Monitor outcomes continuously to adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback. This role supports orthopedic rehabilitation for sports injuries and post-operative recovery in a 5,000-square-foot outpatient facility in Fresno, CA.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in California
- No history of disciplinary actions on the professional license
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques
- Experience with orthopedic therapy
- Ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patients
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT
