Experienced Orthodontic Assistant at Garn Mason Orthodontics

Assist with all phases of orthodontic treatment as directed by the Orthodontist, including preparing teeth for bracket placement, securing wires, and supporting laser procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care while serving as the key communication link between the patient and the provider. Sterilize, set up, and prepare orthodontic equipment and instrumentation in accordance with established regulations, maintaining clean work areas and restocking supplies. Answer patient questions, refer inquiries to appropriate staff, and travel between office locations as needed. Perform side tasks daily and monthly as assigned by the Clinic Coordinator while attending all staff meetings and daily huddles.
