Job Summary
Coordinate lab build activities and sustainment for ASC2 labs by acting as a liaison between Lab Engineering, Lab Operations, and Program leadership. Interpret, validate, and implement released engineering designs while directing technician teams to ensure technical correctness, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. Manage build schedules, metrics, and risk assessments in response to part delivery changes, providing forecasting and status updates to program stakeholders. Lead cross-functional issue resolution with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to address complex technical challenges. Serve as a Control Account Manager, tracking cost, schedule, and performance while leveraging tools like GOLD, CMPro, and ADO for reporting and decision support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in Project management or similar
- Experience with Microsoft Project or other program management software
- Experience with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, and Power point)
- Experience interfacing with cross functional teams
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol
- Must be available for travel up to 10% of the time
- Must be available for first shift
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Must have an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship Required
