Job Summary
Oversee supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance while integrating program strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, prepare binding agreements, and manage risk, issues, and opportunities. Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic solutions across programs and commodities, consult with external customers to resolve issues, and participate in process improvement teams. This 1st shift, 100% onsite role in El Segundo, California requires a U.S. person for export control compliance. Travel up to 10% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- More than 3 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
- More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
- More than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
- More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience
- Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite
- The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
- This position is for 1st shift
- This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
- A 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required
