Experienced or new Wound Care Physician needed in the Arlington, VA area to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with complex wound care needs within a multidisciplinary team. Role is an Independent Contractor with fee-for-service compensation, offering an uncapped earnings potential, bonuses, and per-patient/per-procedure pay. Responsibilities include delivering advanced wound care, developing individualized treatment plans, utilizing cutting-edge wound care modalities, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Benefits include 2-5 day work-week options, no weekend calls, full malpractice insurance, CME opportunities, and two fully covered weekend educational retreats per year. Qualified candidates hold an MD or DO, are board eligible, and possess active Virginia, Maryland, and DC medical licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board Eligibility preferred
- Active/Unrestricted Virginia Medical License is required
- Active Maryland and Washington, D.C. medical licenses are also required due to work at nearby locations
