Support patients with frame styling, booking appointments, pre-screening, lens choices, fittings, adjustments, and aftercare while offering tailored product knowledge. Manage complex prescriptions with team support, maintain displays and equipment, and serve as a reliable point of contact for both patients and colleagues. Deliver honest advice to build trust and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Full or part-time role (4 days minimum) with Saturday shifts, including a max salary of £12.71.
