Job Summary
Cover overnight shifts from 7p-7a in Omaha, providing last-minute care to clients by assisting with scheduled activities and implementing customized care plans. Execute comprehensive weekly schedules, perform daily tasks including ADLs, personal hygiene, mobility assistance, feeding, and light housekeeping. Supply companionship through ongoing social and emotional support while assessing for safety issues and ensuring care plan compliance. Handle administrative functions such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in a client's condition. Provide transportation to appointments as needed and maintain clear communication with the office team. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current car insurance required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous On-Call experience preferred
- Previous experience in Caregiving
- Alzheimer's or Dementia experience
- Mobility assistance experience using hoyer, gait belt, etc.
- Adaptability, empathy, compassion, and kindness is a MUST
- Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Can pass a background check and provide references
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current car insurance, and 19 years or older
