Experienced Occupational Therapist

Experienced Occupational Therapist responsible for completing assessments, designing tailored reablement plans, and guiding individuals toward meaningful goals across homes, hospitals and community settings. Role emphasizes autonomy to manage a personal schedule and deliver personalized support to a varied caseload, with ongoing professional support from a Principal Occupational Therapist and access to leadership and coaching programmes. Strong emphasis on person-centred and strengths-based practice, equipment guidance, safe practice, decision-making, and contributing to service improvements. Requires at least two years post-qualification experience and a full UK driving licence. Hybrid working model ensures office presence for at least half of hours for office-based staff, with community-based staff spending half their admin time in a workplace, and customer-facing roles delivered from service location. Salary includes a 12.5% market supplement (UK).
