Experienced Occupational Therapist

Conduct strengths-based assessments and design innovative reablement plans for individuals post-hospitalisation to encourage independence and minimise long-term care needs. Provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making while managing a diverse caseload with autonomy. Deliver bespoke care to clients in their own homes or other settings such as hospitals, supported by a Principal Occupational Therapist. This role is part of the Supportive Reablement Team at Wiltshire Council, offering a 12.5% market supplement and hybrid working options for community-based staff.
