Job Summary
Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought to join Lifeline Medical Associates' Women\'s Center in Newark, DE to provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in an outpatient setting with occasional hospital rounding, handling ~18-20 patient visits per day. The role involves performing procedures (IUD insertions/removals, colposcopy, biopsies), collaborating with physicians, and delivering high-quality care with no call requirements. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm within a fully licensed medical team and supportive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of Women\'s Health Experience is required
- National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
- Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
- Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
- Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
- Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
