Job Summary
Microbiology Analyst needed to perform a broad range of microbiology testing including bioburden, endotoxin, microbial ID, Biological Indicator testing, BacT/ALERT, sterility checks, and growth-promotion studies, along with comprehensive environmental monitoring of cleanroom areas (viable and non-viable particulate; water and gas system monitoring) to ensure GMP/compliance. Responsibilities include leading quality investigations, preparing/revising protocols, reports, and SOPs; reviewing analytical data for GMP compliance with strong documentation; collaborating with client teams, providing daily updates and excellent customer service; contributing to training, cross-coverage, and continuous improvement by developing solutions, updating documentation, and maintaining training records. Maintain a clean, safe, audit-ready lab environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and work independently or as part of a team. Requires degree in Microbiology or related discipline and at least one year of experience in a pharmaceutical regulatory environment, with environmental monitoring experience, cGMP knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
