Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical readiness while assisting providers during injectable and aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and microneedling. Obtain vital signs, capture before-and-after photographs, and assist with EMR documentation while ensuring sterile technique and infection control standards. Welcome patients, coordinate scheduling, and manage follow-ups while supporting financing options and promoting treatment packages. Clean instruments, perform inventory management, and encourage rebooking to drive practice growth. Rotate weekends and some evening hours are required for patient events.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice
- Experience assisting with cosmetic injectables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Passion for aesthetics and patient care
- Rotating weekends required
- Some evening hours may be required for patient events and practice growth initiatives
