Job Summary
Assist with activities of daily living and engage residents in spontaneous and organized activities. Dispense medications and help with personal laundry and cleaning of equipment, particularly on the night shift. Work with patience and the ability to relate to people with memory challenges within a person-centered model of care. Staff receive specialized training in dementia and dementia care.
Required Qualifications
- Have training and/or experience dispensing Medication
- Be very dependable
- Have patience and the ability to relate to people with memory challenges
- Want to work as part of a team
