Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vessels ranging from PWCs to Cabin Cruisers, including outboards, inboards, and sterndrives. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tune-ups, oil changes, and drive service while conducting in-depth inspections of all systems. Execute Fall Haul and Spring Launch procedures, including shrink-wrapping, bottom washing, and boat movement. Convey repair information to customers and team members clearly, ensuring high satisfaction through professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain your own stock of general tools while utilizing specialty diagnostic equipment provided by the service department.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more year's technician experience in the marine industry
- Driver's License
- Boater's License
- Strong customer service and communications skills
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of a marine service technician training program
- ABYC certification
- MerCruiser certification
- Mercury certification
- VolvoPenta certification
