Job Summary
Conduct assessments of production processes and analyze, interpret, and provide feedback on production schedules, processes, and day-to-day operations for the B-52J CERP program. Collect, organize, and provide data to maintain program status and customer commitments while working with Operations management to ensure accurate information flows to portfolio leaders. Communicate regularly with Operations Leadership and peers, participate in meetings to provide insight on operational requirements progress, and execute collection and analysis of production data to communicate status. Develop metrics and reports on contractor performance in support of portfolio and program PMMs, and handle special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required. This role supports the Boeing Defense, Space and Security B-52J CERP program in Oklahoma City, OK, requiring a first-shift schedule with up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Must be able to work with and communicate effectively with portfolio and production facility leadership as needed to implement requirements
- Must be able to work under general supervision
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have a working knowledge of the U.S. Government customer
- Must be able to maintain positive relationships internally and externally
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must be subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met
- Must be available for travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be primarily available for first shift
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Must be eligible for an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience in a military or commercial aircraft environment
- Experience working with large aircraft modification and/or maintenance
- Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
- 3+ years' experience with airplane programs products and processes
