Job Summary
Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and perform repairs in vacated and occupied units covering HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain property appearance including exterior upkeep and curb appeal. Assist with apartment turnovers for Pelham Place North & Pelham Place South Apartments. This role requires on-call availability for emergencies and occasional weekend work. EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) is required, along with at least two years of apartment maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
- Apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Frequent standing, bending, and use of hands/arms
- Specific vision abilities, including accurate color vision
- High School Diploma or equivalent
